Microsoft is an independent third-party company. Top Tier Technology Solutions does not control Microsoft’s products, systems, policies, service availability, pricing, or security practices.

Use of Microsoft products and services may be subject to Microsoft’s applicable terms and conditions.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for Top Tier Technology Solutions to provide services.

Clients are also responsible for:

Maintaining appropriate access credentials;
Protecting usernames and passwords;
Providing timely access to systems when required;
Informing us of known security incidents or vulnerabilities;
Maintaining appropriate backups when required by the applicable service agreement;
Following reasonable security recommendations;
Maintaining valid licenses for software they use; and
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

Clients should not share passwords or other confidential credentials through unsecured communication methods unless specifically instructed to do so.

8. Data and Backups

Top Tier Technology Solutions may provide backup, cloud, hosting, or data-management services depending on the client’s service agreement.

While we may implement reasonable measures designed to protect and preserve data, no backup or security system can guarantee complete protection against data loss, corruption, unauthorized access, ransomware, hardware failure, or other incidents.

Clients remain responsible for determining their business’s data-retention and regulatory requirements.

Any specific backup frequency, retention period, restoration procedure, recovery objective, or related obligation will be governed by the applicable written service agreement.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to support the security of systems and information involved in the services we provide.

However, no technology environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Clients acknowledge that cybersecurity risks can arise from factors including phishing, compromised credentials, malware, ransomware, software vulnerabilities, human error, third-party breaches, and other threats.

Clients are encouraged to maintain strong passwords, multi-factor authentication, appropriate access controls, current software, employee security training, and appropriate backup procedures.

10. Payments and Fees

Fees for services provided by Top Tier Technology Solutions will be established through the applicable proposal, invoice, service agreement, or other written agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

Fees are due according to the payment terms stated on the applicable invoice or agreement;
Clients are responsible for applicable taxes and other charges;
Late payments may be subject to applicable late fees or other remedies described in the applicable agreement; and
We reserve the right to suspend services for unpaid balances, subject to the applicable agreement and applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, photographs, videos, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Top Tier Technology Solutions unless otherwise indicated.
